Danielle is an internal consultant for Healthcare Corporation of America (HCA) defining and executing high availability initiatives throughout the enterprise. During her career, she has worked on various Process Improvement and Organizational Change initiatives across a variety of industries (aerospace manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, financial services, telecommunications, marketing, and healthcare). She earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Purdue University, and an Executive M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University. Danielle also serves on the Board of Tennessee Education Alliance. In her spare time, she can be found staying active outdoors, exploring new languages, or tucked by the fire writing.
